Using our experience in street dressing and outdoor general urban decoration we provide a range of services tailored to suit the needs our clients.
Why do we specialise in lamppost banners? Lamppost banners provide an ideal, cost efficient and highly effective means of communicating with the public in a local setting.
As lamppost banners engage directly with the public as they go about their daily business, the banners provide an unrivalled platform for local communication. Whether this is publicizing a festival or used for a more on-going campaign such as marketing the town as a regional shopping destination.
Festivals and Events
We work with all local festivals and events, from two day long hill walking and cycling festivals to year-long town centenary events. We help event organisers create a festival atmosphere while also bringing colourful, attractive and tasteful street decoration and, importantly, raising the public profile of the event.
Festivals and events who get the most out of our services are ones that are aiming to develop local awareness and create a strong festival feel in the town.
Promoting festivals and events is where lamppost banners are at their most effective, creating awareness while adding colour and vibrancy.
With many years experience Bay Media’s team will work with you to advise on the best location of lamppost banners, wall banners, bunting and flags . We are also happy to advise on banner design.
When the client agrees the design and the locations chosen, production of the banners start. Our lamppost banners are constructed from highest grade PVC material incorporating a black-out layer. The banners are printed full colour both sides with fade resistant inks and are stitched to marine standard to ensure they never twist or tear. The attention to detail in the banners constructions means you can be sure the banners will remain looking as good as they day they went up. SEE banner details HERE.
A minimum four week lead-time from ordering to installation is recommended. The banners, flags or bunting will then be installed on the date requested by the client. Our installation engineers are fully trained and are certified in traffic management and working at heights. Where possible we aim to work in the evening to minimise traffic disruption and to ensure ease of access.
Local and town councils
We work with local councils. Lamppost banners provide an unrivalled means to communicate to the local community while providing an attractive and colourful street decoration. Examples of how local councils have used street banners to great effect include updating the community on the recent achievements of the council or promoting the area as a shopping destination. For larger towns and cities the lamppost banners can generate revenue in a tasteful and civically sensitive way by promoting commercial theatre, events and concerts.
Councils who get the most from our services are those looking to get the most from their budget and who wish to develop locally focused, visually impressive outdoor awareness campaigns.
